The largest residential slide in the area, Polynesian style thatched roofs flank the pool's private sunken swim-up bar with in water bar stools for 6 and an elevated spa. Relax and enjoy the saltwater pool with over-sized tanning shelf and built-in umbrella. The amenities continue with a putting green, generous outdoor seating areas with an outdoor fireplace, ceiling fans and 40" LED HDTV, surrounded by mature 18' privacy hedges. The patio area also features an outdoor kitchen with Viking natural gas grill and cooktop, sink, and mini fridge with 4 bar stools. Additional outdoor dining is under the covered patio with outdoor lighting, ceiling fans, and a dining table with seating for 6.
From the moment you walk through the door you are greeted with a stunning entry with 16' volume ceilings, complete with a sweeping staircase, tile flooring, designer furnishings and large tinted windows letting in plenty of desert sun while providing privacy. The formal Living Room has comfortable seating options for 4, with views of the mountains and a lovely gas fireplace with unique and tasteful feature wall, a lovely area to relax and visit with family and friends. The fully equipped gourmet kitchen features granite counters, kosher style double islands, 2 sinks, 5-burner gas cook-top, double ovens, microwave & dishwasher. Breakfast nook has seating for 8 and the island bar has seating for 4. The formal dining room is furnished with seating for 8 connected to a butler's pantry separating it from the kitchen. Open to the kitchen is the family room with amenities including a gas fireplace, HDTV, and comfortable leather sofa's to relax and enjoy a movie. Keep with your workout regimen in the brand new gym with an elliptical, a treadmill, Gold's Gym weights, yoga mats, a 46" TV and filtered water station.
