Outdoors: Relax on the large back patio area around the private and heated custom saltwater pool & spa with cascading rock waterfall, and pool tanning shelf. The cabana over the hot tub provides the perfect resort-like experience. Lush and colorful landscaping provide optimum privacy for those looking to relax on the 6 lounge chairs while taking in the amazing sunshine which only the desert can provide. The dramatic landscape lighting provides a romantic and serene ambiance once the sun goes down. Enjoy a delicious home cooked meal prepared on the BBQ with your favorite glass of vino while dining alfresco in the outdoor dining space with seating for 6. End the night socializing with friends and family or watching the big game on the 9 piece outdoor sectional with 55 inch 4K Smart TV until it's time to turn in for the night.

Indoors: Upon entering Valencia, you will immediately feel the grandeur of the home with the elegantly appointed formal living area with a gas fireplace, intimate sitting area, and iron rod staircase. The entry opens directly to the formal dining area which accommodates 10 guests comfortably; a butler pantry is located immediately off the dining area and offers all the glassware and silverware needed to host your guests.

When looking to simply relax, retreat over to the open family room, fully equipped with a 65 inch 4K Smart TV and large sectional couch for the ultimate lounging experience. A gas fireplace is only a switch away to assist you in providing a calming and relaxing feel while cooking your favorite meal in the gourmet style kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. The kitchen is fully equipped and is the ideal setting to create a gourmet meal while socializing with guests. The two large center islands gives everyone the prep space they need to contribute and and gather around. A second dining table is located in the kitchen and can accommodate 8 additional guests, while the island provides seating for 3. For those warm days, skip the kitchen completely and cook up your favorite meal on the stainless steel BBQ in the backyard.

Bedrooms: The beautiful master suite has a Cal King bed, 65 inch 4K Smart TV, a sitting area with sectional and french doors leading to it's own private balcony. The master bath area has dual sinks and vanities, an oversized walk-in shower and a soaking tub with tile surround and steps. The master bath also comes equipped with a hotel quality blow dryer and light-up makeup mirror. Suite 2 offers a Cal King bed, 65 inch HDTV, en suite bath with shower. Suite 3 has a King bed, 42 inch HDTV and en suite bath with shower. Bedroom 4 has a Queen bed, 42 inch HDTV and shares a Jack & Jill bathroom with bedroom 5. Bedroom 5 has a Queen bed and 42 inch HDTV with shared bath. 
The Jack and Jill bath shared between bedrooms 4 & 5 has dual sinks and combo tub/shower. Bedroom 6 is the oversized guest casita and has 2 Queen beds, a Queen sleeper sofa, and HDTV. The casita also has its own private bath with sink and tiled shower. A powder room is located on the first floor for guest use. All bedrooms have ceiling fans. There is an office nook upstairs with 30 inch HDTV and work station.

Location: Walking distance to the Empire Polo Fields for all the equestrian activities and Coachella music festivals; minutes from the La Quinta Resort, Indian Wells Tennis Gardens, Old Town La Quinta, and all the La Quinta golf courses are very close, minutes away by car. Highway 111 is down the street, with Costco, Starbucks, and all the new shops along 111. Interstate 10 is extremely close allowing you to quickly head to Palm Springs, nearby casinos and other Coachella Valley destinations.
