Desert Gem is an absolute treasure located on the 5th green of the Greg Norman course at PGA West in La Quinta. This vacation home has been thoughtfully remodeled and finished off with all of the right amenities- including a beautiful saltwater pool & spa, outdoor TV and fire-pit, billiards table, casita, and gorgeous mountain views. The interior is furnished with soothing grays and neutrals, gemstone accents, and crisp white linens to complete the look.
Outdoors: South-facing mountain views, lush desert landscape, and sparkling pool, all lend an inviting feel to the outdoor space at Desert Gem. 6 lounge chairs, plus 3 umbrellas, surround the saltwater pool and spa with tanning shelf, which is heated in winter. Challenge your friends to a game of ping pong over on the lawn, before dining al fresco with a meal prepared on the natural gas BBQ. 4 oversize rockers and sofa for 3 gather around the fire pit next to the 65" Samsung Smart flatscreen TV, as well as an outdoor dining table for 6. A separate patio off the entryway is the perfect place to have your morning coffee in our warm California sun, with a sitting area for 4. The entry courtyard greets you with a zen fountain on your way inside the home.
Indoors: The interior of this single story home is 4000 sqft and features an open floorplan, stone flooring, and high ceilings. The unique pocket glass sliding doors open all the way up, allowing the outdoors in, maximizing our great desert weather. The Great room has a large 75" Samsung Smart flatscreen TV, oversize sectional, and gas fireplace. Brand new surround sound inside all rooms. The entertainment bar is stocked with Moscow mule mugs, martini glasses, highball, and wine glasses for your own personal happy hour. The fully-equipped kitchen features a Sub-Zero fridge, Wolf range and double oven, plus place settings and glassware for 14 guests. The large center island doubles as a place to gather and catch up with your group, with kitchen bar seating for 4, wet bar seating for 2, and the dining table accommodates 6. For those with a competitive streak, you can brush up on your billiards at the modern pool table, complete with bold art pieces by Cory Bennett, and more barstools.
The large Master bedroom starts with an entryway that contains a desk and chair, as you continue in you are greeted by a fireplace, 65" Samsung Smart flatscreen TV, King poster bed, and there is a sofabed for extra sleeping options. The Master has pool access, and en suite bathroom. The bathroom has double vanities, large soaking tub, plus separate tiled shower and water closet.
Suite 2 has a Cal King bed, 55" Samsung Smart flat screen TV, and en suite bathroom. Suite 3 has a Cal King bed, 55" Samsung Smart flatscreen TV, and en suite bathroom. Suite 4 and an additional sleeping area are located in the front courtyard casita. Each has a Cal King bed, 55" Samsung Smart flatscreen TV, and share a jack 'n' jill bathroom.

Location: Desert Gem is located in one of the best locations in PGA West, and the home is walking distance to the Greg Norman clubhouse, open to guests! Also close to restaurants and dining, golf, hiking, and shopping. Highway 111 is down the street, with Costco, Starbucks, and a number of other shops along Highway 111. The Empire Polo Grounds is about 5 minutes away, and the famous El Paseo shopping district is about 15 minutes away. Interstate 10 is close allowing you to quickly head to Palm Springs, casinos, and other Coachella Valley locations.
