Presenting Horizon, one of the most beautiful properties in Palm Springs, with outstanding contemporary lines, high-end furnishings, and absolutely stunning mountain views in a spectacular setting. This 4,800 sqft home was built in 2017 to the highest architectural standards, awarded the best production house in North America by the American Institute of Architects.
The home boasts a huge Great Room, sliding pocket doors, gorgeous kitchen, and a breathtaking Master Suite including steam shower, and enormous his + her closet space. There are three additional guest rooms, all en-suite. There is also a media room with 60'' TV and surround sound; plus a music streaming system that operates throughout the house.
The house has every possible comfort, at the highest spec. The outside space is lavish, with a 45'' foot salt water lap-pool, 6-person (or more!) spa, outdoor shower, dining with seating for 8, sheltered seating gazebo, and full grill/outdoor fridge. There is a separate patio area off the dining area, lovely for morning coffee or for afternoon shade. Pick the limes for your cocktails from your own tree!
The kitchen area has a 25 foot island, two ovens, microwave, two dishwashers, fridge-freezer, and wine cooler. There is also a walk-in pantry, utility room with top-end Electrolux washer and dryer, and the piece de resistance.. a wine room with two vast Sub-Zero wine coolers!
The Master suite has a king-size bed of highest quality and comfort. The three other Guest Suites also feature King beds, with en-suite bathrooms, so each room is equally comfortable and accommodating. The linens are from Pratesi/Frette/White Company - only the best bedding and towels to complete the luxurious feel of the stay.
The neighborhood is exclusive, with the house behind security gates. Sunrise (particularly from the Master Bedroom), and sunset, are spectacular. The area is very peaceful, and there are bike-rides (two bikes in the garage), and hiking literally from the front door. This is an oasis of calm, privacy (the house and gardens are not overlooked), and luxury, just 5 minutes south from downtown Palm Springs, and surrounded by mountains.
There is a 3 car garage off a private driveway, with total parking for 4 cars. Available starting at a 30 night minimum.
