Located in the heart of Palm Desert, just 1.5 miles to the Indian Wells Tennis Garden. If you choose to leave your poolside lounge chair, it is the perfect headquarters to enjoy all our beautiful desert has to offer - golf, tennis, hiking, biking, casinos, shopping and dining.
Located on a lush and private acre, the center of the expansive back yard is the sparkling pool with a gorgeous built in waterfall. The upper deck has an above ground spa to soothe muscles after a day of golf - and it's set back from the pool for privacy. There are 8 lounge chairs - one for everybody! Plus lots of umbrellas and other seating options. Grill dinner on the built-in BBQ and there is a covered outdoor dining table for 8. In the front practice your short game on the huge putting green with some pretty spectacular mountain views. The entire estate is fully landscaped with citrus, palms and is lined with hedges for extra privacy.
The indoors has been completely remodeled and has a fully equipped kitchen with a gas range, slab granite countertops and stainless appliances. The spacious great room has comfortable seating and a flatscreen TV. There is seating for 8 in the dining room, seating for 5 in the kitchen, and another 6 in the great room. The game room is in the 2-room, detached Casita. It has a pool table, poker table, sink, mini fridge in one area, flatscreen TV, full bathroom with tub/shower combo and an airbed and futon for extra sleeping options.
The Master suite has a King bed, flatscreen TV, walk-in closet and private doors to the back yard. The en-suite bathroom has a soaking tub, separate shower, and double vanities. Suite 2 has a King bed, flatscreen TV and en suite bath with a shower. Suite 3 has a King bed, flatscreen TV and en suite bath with a shower. Bedrooms 4 and 5 have King and Queen beds respectively and flatscreen TVs. They share a Jack and Jill bathroom with a combo tub/shower.
