The interiors are open concept with walls of glass, high ceilings and fine furnishing throughout. The great room features a 70" HDTV and the room surrounds the massive original fireplace as the centerpiece. Dining room has seating for 8 and a custom chandelier. The step down wet bar has seating, sink, wine fridge, pass through window to the outdoors and plenty of martini glasses for that perfect vacation cocktail!

The contemporary kitchen features a large island and great counter space, top of the line appliances, custom cabinets and is fully equipped with almost every imaginable cooking utensil and appliance.

Each of the bedrooms have hotel-quality mattresses, flatscreen TVs, ample storage and the feel of a hotel suite. The Master Bedroom features a King bed, sitting area, TV and floor to ceiling wraparound sliding glass windows and doors to the pool and spa. The en suite bath has a bathtub, separate shower and floor to ceiling windows and sliding glass doors letting the sun shine in, yet still remaining completely private.

Suite 2 has a Queen bed, TV and en suite bath with shower. Bedroom 3 has a King bed, TV, Jack and Jill bathroom with tub and shower and direct access to the front courtyard. Bedroom 4 has a Queen bed, TV and Jack and Jill bathroom. Bonus Bedroom is located adjacent to the kitchen. This small room has a Twin day bed, TV and has access to the half bath off the great room.

The Historic Tennis Club neighborhood is named after the prestigious Tennis Club founded in 1937. This facility brought world class tennis to the desert. Its original circular pool was once the most photographed in the world and its surroundings form the oldest neighborhood in Palm Springs. Tucked against the San Jacinto Mountains, in the 1880s it was owned by Judge John McCallum. The first settlers lived in homes made of adobe, railroad ties or clapboard. The surviving McCallum adobe was moved to The Village Green and at Casa Cody stands a preserved 1910 adobe once frequented by Charlie Chaplin. There are eleven structures found in the historic registry. It has been loved and visited by historical figures and celebrities including Albert Einstein, Winston Churchill, Ruth Hardy, Pearl McCallum McManus and Harriet Cody. But besides its history, the location just cannot be beat - in the heart of a great walking neighborhood and half a mile to Palm Canyon Drive. Walking and hiking trails are located nearby along The North Lykken trail system. You're extremely close to excellent restaurants, coffee shops, bars, shopping, art galleries, night clubs as well as neighborhood conveniences.
