Ridgeview is a 6 bedroom, 7 bath luxury compound situated on 3 acres in Palm Desert, just minutes from El Paseo. Ultra private with breathtaking 360 degree mountain views, pool, spa and firepits - with customizable night party lighting inside and out. Multiple outdoor dining areas and extensive outdoor kitchen. 4,600 square foot interior with designer furnishings, multiple living areas and a gorgeous chef's kitchen. Set the mood with Sonos in virtually every room of the house. Game room with pool table, foosball, poker table, arcade games, darts and massage chair. Five of the bedrooms have direct access to a balcony or patio. The resort-style paradise offers a peaceful desert lifestyle with big views, and unmatched seclusion, yet only minutes away from world class shopping, dining and more.
Outdoors, the backyard is perfectly space planned, with everything you need to truly get away from it all. Huge pool and spa surrounded by plenty of lounge chairs. Two separate fire pits for kicking back at night. The front yard is gorgeous as well, with extensive lawn areas, swaying hammock, and peaceful views. There is outdoor dining for 21, with 16 seats in the covered dining pavilion. The outdoor kitchen has a BBQ, roasting pit, sink, fridge, lots of counter space, bar and a TV. In the evening, fire up the colorful party lights to turn it into a nightlife lounge area.
Inside the main living room has seating, a TV and views out to the pool and mountains. The second living area has seating, TV and a fireplace. The stunning kitchen has high end appliances, a huge island and extra large fridge. The dining area has seating for 8 and there are 3 more seats at the kitchen bar.
Downstairs has four of the guest bedrooms. The Primary Suite has a King bed, private doors to the side yard and flatscreen TV. The en suite bathroom has a soaking tub with doors leading out to the hot tub, as well as two of everything - dual showers, toilets, sinks and walk in closets.
Suite 2 has a King bed, flatscreen TV and en suite bath with tub and handheld shower. Beautiful views of the mountains and city lights below. Private doors to the front lawn with a bistro table for morning coffee. The fireplace is decorative only and not operational.
Suite 3 has a Queen bed, mountain views to the front and en suite bathroom with shower. This bathroom also can be accessed from the hall for other guest use.
Bedroom 4 has a bunk bed with a Queen on the bottom, a Twin on the top, and a Twin trundle bed. It also has private doors to the pool. A fourth full bathroom is directly off the laundry room.
Two more Guest Rooms are upstairs. Suite 5 has a King bed, flatscreen TV and en suite bathroom with shower. It has a private balcony with lounge seating and views over the pool and mountains. It also has a door to the front balcony with city and mountain views.
Suite 6 has a Queen bed, en suite bathroom with tub/shower and a balcony with views of the twinkling lights of Palm Desert below.

Located in the exclusive Cahuilla Hills area of Palm Desert with El Paseo just a couple miles away. Theaters, spas, hiking trails, golf courses and tennis are also close by. Our other desert cities are just a short drive. Palm Springs is few miles West. Or take Highway 111 East to Indian Wells home of the BNP Paribas Open or the Coachella Valley Music & Arts Festival in Indio.
