It's the perfect headquarters to enjoy all our beautiful desert has to offer - golf, tennis, hiking, biking, casinos, shopping and dining.
The property is walled and gated for privacy and has a private pool with tanning deck and integrated spa. It's surrounded by lounge chairs, lots of umbrellas and other seating options. The outdoor kitchen has a built-in gas BBQ, pizza oven, and seating for 4. The sun room has a wall of glass that fully opens up to the pool - it has seating, a TV and dining for 6. Kick back in the evenings around the gas firepit and enjoy the beautiful mountain views.
Indoors, the open concept floorplan provides plenty of space to kick back and relax with your group. The great room has lots of comfortable seating, a fireplace, TV and views out to the pool yard. The dining room has seating for 8 and opens up to the gourmet kitchen with a gas range, granite countertops, high end appliances and coffee station. Seating for 3 at the kitchen island. The media room has comfortable seating and a TV. Office with a desk and TV to easily get a little work done on vacation.
The Master retreat has a King bed and opens up to the sunroom. The gorgeous en-suite bathroom has double vanities, large soaking tub and separate shower with 2 shower heads. Huge walk in closet. Bedrooms 2 and 3 have Queen beds and a Jack and Jill bathroom with shower. Suite 4 is in the courtyard casita and has a King bed and en suite bath with shower. Guest powder bath.
