Shuffle House, circa 1962 is a beautifully remodeled midcentury vacation home on almost half an acre. This 5 bedroom, 4 bath, 3,181 square foot home overlooks the golf course, and captures the desert modernism vibe - with its iconic doors, cactus atrium, walls of glass and open concept floorplan. Frank would approve. The resort style yard is perfectly space planned with lots of different areas to relax. Private pool, spa, lounge chairs, shuffleboard, firepit, seating areas and outdoor dining for 10. Located in a quiet, gated country club, central to all the desert has to offer!
Outdoors it has a private pool and spa, outdoor living area, pool lounge chairs, shuffleboard, firepit and beautiful old growth trees and bougainvillea. Around the corner you’ll find peaceful places to read or nap, a secluded daybed surrounded by ficus, and a covered outdoor dining pavilion with dining for 10 and a gas BBQ directly off the kitchen. Around the other side of the house there is a kid’s climbing structure and more seating.
The fabulous interior has a spacious open concept floor plan, walls of glass and big midcentury vibes. The living area has plenty of seating, TV, fireplace and views out to the pool as well as the courtyard atrium. The dining area has a retro stone wall and light fixture to add some glamour to your dinners and the dining table seats 10. The fully equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances and four seats at the bar.
The Master Suite is beautifully styled and has a King bed and flatscreen TV. The en suite bath has dual sinks, shower and exterior door to a private sitting area and the main yard. Suite 2 has a Queen bed, sliding glass doors to the main yard and en suite bath with shower and tub. Suite 3 has a Queen bed and en suite bath with a shower and tub. Bedroom 4 has 2 Double beds and sliding glass doors to the side yard. Bedroom 5 has 2 Double beds and sliding glass doors to the side yard. They share easy access to the hall bathroom with shower/tub.
