It's the perfect headquarters to enjoy all our beautiful desert has to offer - golf, tennis, hiking, biking, casinos, shopping and dining.

The great room has a comfortable sectional, a flatscreen TV, gas fireplace and wet bar with sink, fridge and 2 seats at the bar. The dining room has seating for 6. The fully equipped, gourmet kitchen has granite countertops, a gas range and is fully equipped with cooking utensils, pots, pans, and small appliances.
The Primary Suite has a King bed, TV and private doors to the pool. The large en-suite master bathroom has dual sinks, soaking tub, and a large tiled shower. Suite 2 has a Queen bed, Bunk Bed, TV, and en-suite bathroom with dual sinks and a shower. A lovely little courtyard with a fountain and trailing vines leads you to the Casita Suite. It has a Queen bed, TV and en suite bathroom with shower. There is a kitchenette with mini fridge and Keurig coffee setup.

Location: Located in a great area of PGA West, a double fairway adds to the privacy as the homes across from you are quite far away. There are also no homes on the other side of the street. Close to the clubhouse, home of Ernie's Bar & Grill, open to guests! Also close to restaurants and dining, golf, hiking, and shopping. Highway 111 is down the street, with Costco, Starbucks, and a number of other shops along Highway 111. The Empire Polo Grounds is about 5 minutes away, and the famous El Paseo shopping district is about 15 minutes away. Interstate 10 is close allowing you to quickly head to Palm Springs, casinos, and other Coachella Valley locations.
