The outdoor kitchen has a built-in gas BBQ, and al fresco dining for 10, plus 3 at the outdoor island.
With its open concept floorplan and full walls of glass letting in the awe inspiring views, there just isn't a bad seat in the house. The gourmet kitchen has high end appliances and cabinetry, gas range and oversized island with seating for 4. The dining room is truly special, surrounded by a lovely in-floor water feature and has seating for 8. The great room has comfortable seating, flatscreen TV and a showpiece fireplace. Media alcove with seating, TV and powder bathroom.
The Master Suite has a King bed, flatscreen TV, fireplace, and doors that fully open up to another outdoor fireplace. The en suite bathroom has a massive soaking tub and shower. Suite 2 has a Queen bed, flatscreen TV, exterior doors and en suite bath with combo tub/shower. Suite 3 has a Queen bed, flatscreen TV, exterior doors and en suite bath with shower.
Bedrooms 4 and 5 are in the detached Guest House. It has a full kitchen and living room. Bedroom 4 has a Queen bed, flatscreen TV and exterior doors.
