The spa is elevated with a waterfall cascading down to the pool. The grounds have the perfect mix of shade and sun, with plenty of space to spend time with your group, or step away for some alone time. 4-hole putting green to work on your short game, and a cozy firepit, perfect for stargazing at night. The house has 3468 square feet, and a free flowing floorplan. The kitchen opens to casual dining and family room. The kitchen has high end appliances, and 4 seats at the island, the dining area has a table for 6, and the family room has comfortable seating, flatscreen TV, fireplace and direct access to the backyard. There is also a formal dining room with seating for 6 and a sitting room. The office has a desk, TV and theater seating.
The Primary Suite has a King bed, private doors to the yard and flatscreen TV. The en suite bathroom has a jacuzzi tub, shower and walk in closet. Suite 2 has a Queen bed, walk in closet, flatscreen TV and en suite bath with shower/tub combo. Bedrooms 3 and 4 have Queen beds, flatscreen TVs, and attached Jack n Jill bathroom with shower tub combo. Hall powder bath for guest use.
