The lovely front courtyard is accessible from all sides of the house and has seating, dining and a peaceful water feature. Step indoors and the view will take your breath away, from the pool to the lake and mountains beyond. The spacious floorplan with over 4000 square feet provides plenty of space to kick back and relax with your group. The great room has comfortable seating, flatscreen TV, gas fireplace and billiards table. Plus a wet bar with bar stools and sink to mix those vacation drinks. The luxurious Primary retreat has a King bed, flatscreen TV, fireplace and doors out to the pool. The en-suite bathroom has a gorgeous shower, jacuzzi tub and two vanities. Suite 2 has a King bed, flatscreen TV and en suite bath with shower. It opens up to the center courtyard. Bedroom 3 has a Queen bed and french doors to the courtyard. Bedroom 4 has a Queen bed and flatscreen TV. Bedrooms 3 and 4 share a Jack n Jill bathroom with shower. There is also a half bath in the hall.

Interstate 10 is close allowing you to quickly head to Palm Springs, casinos, and other Coachella Valley locations.
