The resort style yard has a private pool and spa, custom firepit, outdoor kitchen, living and dining areas and mountain views. Walled and gated for privacy, the half acre yard features two different spaces to enjoy. The back yard has a gorgeous custom pool surrounded by luxury lounge chairs and umbrellas as well as a built in firepit. The covered outdoor living area has a sectional, overhead fans, and an outdoor dining table with seating for 8. The built-in BBQ island has bar stools for 3. The backyard retreat continues on the side yard, with more lounge and conservation areas, and a second outdoor dining table for 8. Swaying palms, olive trees, old growth cactus and breathtaking mountains add to the magic of this very special property.
The fabulous interior has a spacious open concept floor plan, soaring ceilings, fantastic light fixtures and walls of glass that look out to the poolside paradise. The living area has plenty of seating, TV, and a showpiece fireplace. The dining area has seating for 8 and a wet bar with wine fridge. The kitchen has modern appliances, and has also retained some of the originals for retro flair. The main house flows into a secondary suite with a full living room, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom.
All of the bedrooms are beautifully styled. Bedroom 1 is located in a separate wing of the home, and has a Queen bed, TV, and en suite bath with shower/tub combo. Bedroom 2 has a King bed, flatscreen TV, private doors to the pool, and easy access to the hallway bathroom with shower. Bedroom 3 has a King bed, TV, doors to the pool, and hall bathroom with shower. Bedroom 4 is in the Guest House. It has a private bedroom with a Queen bed, TV, doors to the pool yard and en suite bathroom with shower.
